STORY:

The film is set in the near future, where humans live in isolation and interact through surrogate robots, a cop is forced to leave his home for the first time in years in order to investigate the murders of others' surrogates.

Tuxedo / Dr. Canter / Real Canter:

Mid-Late 20's. This extremely wealthy, super-handsome young man in a tux is a surrogate for Tony, a college student, as well as a surrogate for Tony's father Dr. Lionel Alexander Canter, the creator of the surrogates. Tuxedo is murdered while out partying at a club.

A frequency emitted from a mysterious device destroys his surrogate self and jumps the neural barrier to also kill his human body. Because the use of surrogates is supposed to protect real people and keep them from harm, this is a terrifying problem; a "real" murder that requires the FBI's intervention. As Dr. Canter, the surrogate looks the same but older. He is very powerful and intelligent. He wrote the code that remains at the core of the surrogates, and he demands to know who killed his son and why. Supporting Role.
